Muhmmad Saqib Jillani, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, is the managing Partner at “Jillani & Co.”, he is also a working Partner at “AMA Law Associates”.

- Advised the owner of one of the biggest news media (Jang/Geo Group) after Government instituted a false criminal case involving corporate fraud (2020).
- Acted for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre in litigation before the Lahore High Court
- Represented Human Rights Commission of Pakistan in relation to enforcement of Minority Rights judgment of the Supreme Court of Pakistan of 2014.
- Acting as retained counsel for TCL Group of China on a range of consumer and corporate matters
- Assisting arbitrators in a number of highly contentious arbitrations;
- Acting for Siemens Engineering Pakistan Limited on a range of contentious (including arbitrations) and non-contentious/corporate matters;
- Advised Pak Oasis Industries (Pvt) Limited, the largest water and sanitation solutions provider in Pakistan on its commercial and corporate matters, including Operations and Maintenance contracts etc;
- Acted for an Oil & Gas company in Arbitration in relation to USD 73 Million claim against Ministry of Petroleum and Natural resources;
- Advised and drafted a contract for more than USD 55 Million between Ameri Group of UAE and Government of Ghana;
- Advised China Railway – Norinco in relation to Lahore Orange Line Train Project;
- Successfully got acquitted an ex-CEO of multinational Engineering Conglomerate in an NAB reference before Accountability Court Lahore;
- Acted for Pakistan’s largest private sector RO plants operator in relation to a number of inquires and investigations by the High court Sindh and NAB Sindh;
- Acting for the CEO of an Oil & Gas company in relation to a Rs.54 Billion corruption allegation levelled by NAB (National Accountability Court) in the Accountability Court in Islamabad;
- Acted for Wilson Pharmaceuticals against Government of Punjab challenging a major drug law introduced by Government of Punjab;
- Acted for Scotsman Nutraceuticals in high court in relation to enlistment of its products by Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan;
- Advised Henan DR Construction Company working on the 1000 MW plus Coal Fired plant in Sahiwal;
- Advised Emirates National Oil Company in relation to a proposed multi-billion dollar project in Pakistan;
- Assisting arbitrators in a multimillion-dollar arbitration between Echo West International (Pvt.) Limited Vs Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited;
- Assisted Expert mediator on a multimillion-dollar expert mediation involving disputes between two IPPs and WAPDA.
- Acting for a large Islamabad based oil and gas company in relation to gas price disputes with the regulator (OGRA) and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
- Advising and acting for Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Limited in a number of arbitrations on construction disputes and litigation matters;
- Advising and acting for a large media group of Pakistan based in Lahore;
- Working on litigation matters for individuals and corporate bodies;
- Drafting of contracts and legal opinions in relation to hotel projects in Multan;
- Advised one of the largest textile groups in Multan in relation to merger of two of its companies;
- Advised Ocean Pakistan Limited in relation to dispute with a foreign working interest owner in relation to sale of share in a petroleum block in Sindh;
- Acted for a bottling company before Lahore High Court Lahore in relation to custom duty;
- Advised PTDC on standardization of contracts with suppliers and third parties.
